Knowledge Base

This is the ‘backbone’ of the platform: a directory of 100+ processes, guides, checklists, walkthroughs, and other content to help you & your team master your Amazon channel. This content is built by Bobsled Marketing, our parent company and the leading Amazon agency that’s worked with hundreds of brands over the past 5 years. Many of these documents are updated weekly to ensure accuracy, and we add at least 1 new document each week.

Amazon Helpline

For times when you can’t find specific enough advice online, the fastest way to resolve your issue is to just talk with an expert for 10 or 20 minutes. Our experts specialize in Amazon advertising, marketing, and Vendor Central or Seller Central operations.

Amazon News Digest

Compiled by our founder and Amazon thought leader Kiri Masters, the weekly news digests are a round-up of the week’s most pertinent Amazon news. But more importantly, Kiri also answers the question ‘What does this mean for brands’ so you spend less time guessing how to respond to the continuous wave of Amazon changes.

Office Hours

Submit your Amazon questions in advance, and our founder and Amazon thought leader Kiri Masters or another Amazon subject matter expert will answer them on our weekly ‘office hours’ conference calls. These occur on Tuesdays at 11AM US Eastern Time and are available as a replay to current members.

Private Slack Channel

Connect with your peers at similar companies to swap notes and best practices. Our Slack channel is a private, confidential place restricted to employees of branded manufacturers. The Marketplace Institute team chimes in to share helpful resources, and we use the discussion to identify new content that we need to cover in upcoming Masterclasses, Office Hours calls, and Knowledge Base articles.

Monthly Masterclasses

Each month we publish an in-depth Masterclass training, that dives deep into a topic that will help drive results for your Amazon channel. Members vote on the topics for upcoming training masterclasses, meaning that the content is relevant and timely.
